  • Parts that have been installed, open kits, electrical parts, and manuals are not returnable.
  • Parts must be returned in their original packaging and be in resalable condition.
  • Non stock or special ordered parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

PRICING

DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any site service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by the site or through the site will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. We will reimburse those fees for claims totaling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise, The site will not seek attorneys' fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using any site service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of New Hampshire, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the site.

You may not use the site software for any illegal purpose. We may cease providing any the site software and we may terminate your right to use any of the site software at any time. Your rights to use the site software will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of these Software Terms, the Conditions of Use or any other Service Terms. Additional third party terms contained within or distributed with certain software of the site that are specifically identified in related documentation may apply to that site software (or software incorporated with the site software) and will govern the use of such software in the event of a conflict with these Conditions of Use.   2. Use of Third Party Services. When you use the site software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile platform provider.   1. MAKING A PURCHASE

 

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our catalogs, specials, or parts look up and click on any items you would like to purchase, and put them in your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the “checkout” button and you will be asked a few details we need to finish the order. We accept most major credit cards.

  1. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

 

All orders will be processed and shipped during normal business hours. If there is a delay, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to make changes to your order if necessary.

 

  1. SALES TAX

All online purchases will be tax free except for purchases shipped to Massachusetts or Maine.

  1. CREDIT CARD SECURITY

 

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our purchasing system over the internet. All credit numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Credit card information is not held or stored in clear text on any computer.

  1. RETURNS

 

parts.mbtractor.com makes every effort to send you the right part the first time. The possibility exists; however, that due to our error, or the customer’s error, the wrong part may be chosen. It is also possible that the part originally shipped to us by the manufacturer, was labeled incorrectly or damaged during shipping.

If an error was made and the mistake was ours, we do apologize. In that event, as long as you notify us of our mistake within 30 days of receiving your order there will be no additional shipping or handling charges to you for returning the part and us providing you with the correct replacement parts. Contact Kubota Parts Depot at MB Tractor customer service through our “contact us” page and we will quickly resolve the issue.

If you ordered the wrong parts, all normally stocked parts may be returned to us with no restocking fee. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return the parts. We reserve the right to refuse the return of non-stocking parts or return requests made in excess of 30 days. If allowed these returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

 

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain the RMA number by selecting the my account tab above . All parts returned without authorization will not be credited and sent back freight collect.

 

The following items are not eligible for return.

  1. Any parts not purchased from Kubota Parts Depot at MB Tractor
  2. Any parts that have been installed or used
  3. Any parts returned without the original packaging, including retail box and other items originally included with the part.
  4. All electrical parts are non-returnable. We have no means of determining if any electrical part was used for trouble shooting and damaged in that process.
  5. Operator, parts and service manuals are non returnable.
  6. Never refuse a shipment in order to return it. Often we may drop ship an order and refusing it will just send it back to the manufacturer without us knowing, and the credit will not be processed. Please accept all orders and contact us to process your return.
  7. Core Return Policy.

Often parts that are offered under a remanufactured program are available at lower prices but also have a deposit-type core charge to ensure the return of the rebuildable used part from the customer. A core charge will be assessed for the core when the exchange unit is purchased. A credit will be issued when the core is returned with the proper RMA. For full credit, all core RMAs must be generated within 30 days of receipt of your order. After 30 days, the core will be eligible for half of the core value charged on the original invoice.

Any cores severely damaged or deemed unrebuildable will not be credited. To receive full core credit, all units returned must be assembled and in normal condition (returned in the original box). Customers are responsible for freight charges on core returns. If you cannot arrange shipping, please contact us and we will arrange pick up for you at your expense. We suggest that if you suspect that your core is damaged and may be non-rebuildable, you contact us for additional criteria or review of a picture of the core to determine its return eligibility.

  1. REFUNDS

 

Refund credits can only be applied to the credit card used in the original purchase. In the event that the card can no longer be credited back (lost or stolen card, etc.) an attempt on our part will be made at least once and then a company check will be issued and sent to the purchaser. The company check procedure will slightly delay the normal amount of time needed to process a refund.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

 

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personal information that we collect when you are on our site and when you use our services. This policy also covers our treatment of any personally identifiable information that our business partners share with us or that we may collect on a partner’s site. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control or to people that we do not employ or manage.

We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you register with us, we ask for your name and email address. Once you register with us and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. We use this information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.
